Some have been heavily involved in their clubs, while others have been less so.Liverpool has been led by Mohammed Salah, Naby Keita, Joel Matip, and Sadio Mane in the campaign. In defense, Joel has been outstanding, as has his partnership with Van Dijk. Keita's progress has been limited by injuries, but when he is well, he is a beast in the middle of the field. For the past several seasons, Salah and Mane have been the backbone of Liverpool's assault. They are the reason for the club's continued success over the years.
Since joining Atletico Madrid from Valencia, Geoffrey Kondogbia has been outstanding. In their midfield, he has been a rock. For the Spanish winners, the man from the Central African Republic has been outstanding. Reinildo has been a rock for the team.In both the tournament and the Premier League, Edward Mendy has been outstanding for Chelsea. He has consistently demonstrated that he is one of the greatest in his field. Hakim Ziyech has also performed admirably for the blues whenever he has been summoned. His performances haven't been steady. In all competitions, Riyad Mahrez has been outstanding for Manchester City. He's one of their most dangerous goal scorers. Bouna Sarr has played a lesser role for Bayern Munich. He's made a couple cameo appearances as a stand-in. This season, Choupo-Moting has also seen a lot less action.Villareal's Samuel Chukwueze has also been outstanding. One of their most effective attackers has been the Nigerian. Mandy is another Villareal player to keep an eye on. Unai Emery's Algerian is a vital piece in his machine. Serge Aurier has had his share of troubles, but he always gives it his all when Emery needs him.
