Barcelona is reportedly interested in Manchester City star Riyad Mahrez, but PSG and Juventus are also interested. According to the Spanish publication the Catalans are interested in bringing the Algerian to Camp Nou.

Despite reports that he's open to negotiating a new contract, Ousmane Dembele is set to leave Barcelona on a free transfer this summer after his contract expires.

His departure will create a vacancy on the right flank, and Mahrez has emerged as a possible replacement. The 31-year-old could work well alongside Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and former Manchester City teammate Ferran Torres.

According to the Fichajes report, Barcelona will redirect all funds earmarked for luring Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund to Mahrez instead.

The Sky Blues are looking to offload the former Leicester City winger in order to fund their pursuit of the Norwegian superstar. Mahrez has more than a year left on his contract, but his eye-catching performances have clearly piqued the interest of a number of top clubs.

He has 21 goals and seven assists from 35 games in all competitions this season, playing a key role in City's rout. The Algerian international, who won the Premier League with Leicester City in 2016, joined the Sky Blues two years later and has since risen through the ranks.

He has a total of 60 goals and 44 assists from 177 games for Pep Guardiola's side thus far, proving to be worth the £60 million invested in him.

PSG is also interested in Barcelona.

Meanwhile, PSG has expressed interest in Mahrez, citing his goal-scoring ability, as they seek to replace Angel Di Maria.

His contract with the capital club expires in the summer, and with no extension in place, he could be on his way out of Parc des Princes, according to Foot Mercato. To that end, the Parisians are looking to sign Mahrez to fill the void, as the player possesses similar creative abilities to his Argentine counterpart.

PSG are said to be big fans of him after he scored three goals against them in the Champions League semi-finals last year.

Given his contractual situation and age, a fee of around £30 million could be sufficient to entice him away from Paris. Despite Mahrez's desire to remain in Manchester, there has been no progress in negotiating a new contract.
