The Founder of Stars Of Heaven Ministries (SOHM), Prophet David Rauf has urged Christians and citizens to demonstrate strong faith which will commensurate practical actions amid the economic hardship experienced in the country.
According to the man of God, many have to endure the effect of the sinking economy which is as a result of the impact of COVID 19 coupled with hikes in fuel prices that has posed more economic hardship to the populace, as the country experiences slow growth.
According to him, people who manifest faith like Caleb in the bible capture more territories and can also overcome the challenges in these difficult times.
However, Prophet Rauf observed this different spirit was a spirit of faith which means not looking at what is visible, but believing that God is Almighty.
Delivering a sermon to his congregants in the Upper East Regional capital Bolgatanga on Sunday, he disclosed that faith can be manifested by being obedient even when we can’t see the results.
According to him, when Christians have a spirit of faith, God can help us to overcome seemingly insurmountable odds. Prophet Rauf encouraged Christians to brighten the corners where they found themselves be their family, neighborhood, workplaces, communities or nation at large. While urging Christians to avoid harboring resentment against persons who have acted irresponsibly against them, he reminded those entrusted with the responsibility to demonstrate fellow feelings and deep concern.
Prophet Rauf argued that taking the step to resolve grudges and forgiving freely will not only win a smile of approval from God but maintain healthy human relationships and good physical health.
