THIS NPP MAN HAS MONEY THAN MCDAN, DESPITE AND KENNEDY AGYAPONG COMBINED, HE OWNS A 2,200 BEDROOM LUXURY HOTEL AND CONSTRUCTION OF HIS OWN AIRPORT HAS BEGUN
Many people are having fame of having some good monies stack up somewhere and hence, easily affords luxurious things, that easily catches the eyes of the several struggling masses and hence, it is no wonder that, even parties of some rich folks makes the headlines in the country.
The likes of Kennedy Agyapong, have also shared how rich they are and can afford to live even larger, but trust me, Bryan Acheampong, is the silent NPP member, who has money! Before you even argue with this beautiful write up or imagine some thousands of dollars stacked up in his bank account and a few landed properties, as all his wealth, calm down and read through all this, to best appreciate the magnitude of his wealth.
Hon. Bryan Acheampong, a former no-nonsense security appointee of H. E Nana Addo, may have had a silent term of office, if not for his hand in the much talked about Ayawaso West Waguon Constituency debacle, that saw military men, do what has come to be best described as unprofessional military operation, which saw some persons maltreated with impunity.
Its best to describe him as a quiet guy, who is just dosted and what many do not know is that, he is a top financier of H. E Nana Addo and the NPP party. In fact, rumours have it that, his appointment, which was eventually terminated somewhat, was influenced by his big cheque to support the then financially struggling campaign of then candidate Nana Addo, who was on his third elections, after two previous losses.
Again, what many really do not know is the fact that, he is singularly finishing up a whopping 2,200 rooms Hotel, which can easily match any of the luxury hotels, we see from Dubai or Europe, right here around his hometown, Kwahu.
Owned personally by Hon. Bryan Acheampong, the Rock City Hotel is located in Nkwatia Kwahu, in the Eastern Region, his own region of birth and interestingly, construction began 11 years ago and is currently partially opened for business, as the phase 2 constructions, have began, but the opened phase 1, which was literally finished in 2021, comprises of a whopping 608 rooms and the completed phase 2, will boast of an additional 1,592 rooms and all other amenities and facilities, latest by 2025.
So aside been just 31years old and a Parliamentarian, he is also the Founder and CEO of Rock City Hotel and Night Club, a rare massive conglomerate into hotel complex and pure luxurious relaxation investments.
My detailed search on him reveals that, his source of wealth and privileged life, has its roots also from a privileged wealthy background, and hence, just after completing elementary school education in Suhum, he however had his secondary and A ‘Level education back in Accra at the Achimota Primary school and Presbyterian Boys secondary school (PRESEC) respectively.
It is worth noting that, he was blessed to have afterwards travelled to England and also Italy, where he schooled and became a businessman per excellence, investing largely back home. Financially sound and entertaining and interest in politics, saw Hon. Acheampong contesting and winning the Abetifi seat on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) on July 15, 2016, in a by-election, following the death of the former MP, Mr Peter Wiafe Pepera and was appointed and sworn in as the Minister of State, Office of the President on April 4, 2017 and later assigned as Minister of State at the Ministry of the Interior on February 13, 2020, which will soon, put in him in line with the Ayawaso Wuogon debacle.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Business Administration from the Johnson and Wilson University in the United States of America and had served in the US Military (United States Air Force) between 2004 and 2006.
His investments runs currently into millions of US dollars in this highly renowned massive hotel, which prides itself as the largest hotel in Africa and 50th in the world, as seen here (VIDEO).
One would have thought, this was enough right? Hon. Bryan is a bigger dreamer and already, his next luxurious investment is already making the headlines in Ghana still, as he has announced that, his new baby, the Kwahu Airport Limited has been granted authorization for the construction of an airport in the Eastern Region.
The airport is to be located at Nkwantang-Ahinase in the Kwahu East District, according to the permit from the Environmental Protection Agency and on completion, the airport will facilitate trade with the ease of transport of goods from northern parts of Ghana,
