Jorginho, a Chelsea midfielder, is reportedly being pursued by Juventus in a trade deal.
The Turin giants could give Adrien Rabiot to the Blues in exchange for Jorginho, according to Tuttomercatoweb (via Juvefc).
According to the article, if the English giants refuse to accept the exchange offer, the Old Lady will attempt to sell Rabiot. The monies will subsequently be used to sign Jorginho.
Jorginho's contract at Stamford Bridge is up in a year. He has expressed no desire to stay at the club longer, and a return to Serie A may be on the cards.
In 179 appearances for Chelsea across all competitions, the 30-year-old has 26 goals and seven assists.

Rabiot is on the other end of the spectrum when it comes to success. However, the 26-year-old has fallen short of expectations, and many believe Juventus should cut ties with him.
