Gareth Bale has hit back at analysis evened out at him by areas of the media in Spain.
The 32-year-old scored two times in an electrifying win for Wales at the Cardiff City Stadium on Thursday night to beat Austria in their World Cup play-off semi-last.
Marca considered the Welsh commander a "parasite" and blamed him for faking a back physical issue that kept him out of Real Madrid's embarrassing misfortune to Barcelona at the end of the week, four days before he scored the two objectives in Wales' success over Austria in their World Cup season finisher game.
