Marcelo's Real Madrid career has been nothing short of spectacular.

Marcelo joined the club in 2007 and has scored 38 goals in 542 appearances. He's also a part of Real's 23 championships, including four Champions League crowns.

Marcelo's career as a professional football player is coming to an end at the age of 33.

He's now a bit-part player for the team, having only appeared 14 times in the 2021/22 season as of this writing.

His contract expires in the summer, and it doesn't appear like he will be handed a new one.

Marcelo may be leaving the club shortly, but his son, Enzo, might be playing in the first squad within the next decade.

Enzo, who is 12 years old, presently plays for Real Madrid's minor team.

In the LaLiga Promises Santander on Friday, he appeared for Real versus Liverpool.

He also appears to be a natural performer. Los Blancos won 6-0 thanks to two goals from Enzo.

His first goal was a beauty, coming in the eighth minute.

Enzo received the ball on the left side of the box, cut inside with calmness, and fired a right-footed attempt into the net.

After that, the boy wheeled away, imitating Cristiano Ronaldo's 'Siuuu' celebration. Take a look at the goal below...

Marcelo was in the stands cheering for his son and couldn't be more proud of him.

Enzo then finished the scoring by bursting through on goal and sending the ball past Liverpool's goalkeeper with ease.

Marcelo wants to keep playing because he wants to be on the field with his son.

"I'm calm," Marcelo said earlier this month to Marca. This is where I belong. I plan to continue playing until my son is old enough for me to play with him, and I want to do it at a high level.

"Right now, we're playing significant matches. I'm the captain of the world's top team.

"I'm at ease and feel safe." I'm not planning ahead of time. Everything has to come to a close.

"I'd prefer to retire here, but the decision isn't mine to make."
