Speaker Bagbin has returned from his medical examination in Dubai, and E-levy has finally returned to Parliament. After the Finance Minister and the Majority tabled the e-levy bill in Parliament, asking for secondment from the committee leaders, the Minority Leader, Haruna Iddrisu, rose to ask Speaker Bagbin to adjourn the meeting so that the minority members could go get their reports and prepare for the debate.
Haruna Iddrisu prayed for this since he claims the minority caucus was not properly told that the e-levy would be debated.

"If you don't have your copies with you, I believe you are correct.However, the report was clearly laid out and distributed to members.
Ghanaians and the international community are keeping a close eye on us because of the issue, its impact, and its handling of people's taxation.I'm not going to take a break from sitting.I want us to keep going."
