Mohamed Salah returned to Liverpool training 'before lunchtime' after his ordeal in Egypt
This season, MOHAMED SALAH is hungry for more trophies with Liverpool...
Mohamed Salah is said to have reported for Liverpool training before lunchtime, just hours after Egypt's World Cup play-off defeat to Senegal. The Pharaohs were defeated on penalties by their opponents for the second time in as many months, falling at the final hurdle on their way to Qatar after a 1-1 tie over two legs.
Unfortunately, Salah was forced to shoulder some of the blame after skipping his penalty from 12 yards before teammate Sadio Mane fired the game-winning goal.
However, it appears that the forward wants to get back to work with Liverpool as soon as possible to avoid dwelling on the disastrous defeat.
