Mrs. Comfort Quampah remarked that the workshop which is taking the form of a Bible School for the Women Leadership was meant to develop the leadership skills of the Ministry Executives in oder to equip the Members of the Church. She spoke to the topic, "3 Things That Make A Leader Successful." These she said were skills, attitude and character. She added that they work pari passu and in full measure in order to make a leader very effective.
Mrs. Deborah Guessou took the participants through “Leadership and Spiritual Sensitivity”. In her submission she said “leaders should show followers the way to the Lord and again should serve in humility”.
Mrs. Fidelia Ametepe handled “Responsibilities of the Leader” which included attending to the needs of their home, husbands and children as well as training and equipping others with the fear of the Lord.
