Ken Ofori Atta, the Finance Minister, has stated that he is unconcerned about Ghanaians who have refused to utilize mobile money to conduct business since the E-levy was implemented.

President Nana Addo signed the document to officially introduce the E-levy to Ghanaians.

Despite the fact that a minority of MPs refuse to accept the E-levy Bill, it has become evident that they have little power to stop it now that the President has backed it.

As a result, many Ghanaians have pledged to quit using mobile money services in order to avoid paying the extra transaction fees.

To add insult to injury, the cost of products and services has increased in Ghana, and everyone is moaning.

When asked how he felt about the majority of Ghanaians deactivating their mobile money accounts, Ken Ofori Atta told GhOne presenters that when reality sets in, they will have no choice but to revert to momo.
