Nigeria sack mentors after World Cup capability
The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) specialized chief Augustine Eguavoen has ventured down and the whole men's senior public group instructing staff have been cut out after they neglected to acquire a spot at the World Cup in Qatar.
Nigeria were shockingly crushed on the away goals rule by Ghana in their season finisher round tie, having arrived at six of the past seven World Cup finals tracing all the way back to the 1994 competition in the United States.
"Specialized Adviser Augustine Eguavoen has resigned from that job with prompt impact," The NFF said in an articulation on Thursday.
"The NFF has meanwhile ended the arrangement of the whole specialized group of the group with prompt impact.
"Another team will be declared after a legitimate audit to lead the new charge of reviving the Super Eagles to confront future difficulties fittingly."
Previous Nigeria internationals Emmanuel Amuneke, Joseph Yobo and Salisu Yusuf joined Eguavoen's specialized group last month with guarantees of more than long term agreements, which have now been removed.
