FIFA ANNOUNCES THE AWARD FOR THE WORLD CUP IN QATAR.

The International Football Association (FIFA) announced the value of the financial prizes that will be awarded to the teams competing in the Qatar 2022 World Cup today, Friday. 

 

 

According to the International Football Association, all teams that have qualified for the World Cup will be allocated a sum of 1.5 million dollars to help them prepare for the global event. 

 

The winning team will receive 42 million dollars, while the runner-up will receive 30 million dollars, and the third-placed team will receive 27 million dollars, according to the same source.

The fourth-place team will receive $25 million, while the fifth through eighth-place teams will receive $17 million and the ninth through sixteenth-place teams will receive $13 million. 

 

The holders of the seventeenth through thirty-second places in the World Cup in Qatar will be awarded $9 million by FIFA.
