Honourable Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, a member of Parliament representing the people of North Tongu, has exposed His Excellency, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-massive Addo's travel expenses.
More terrifying revelations concerning the President were made by the honourable member. According to him, the President has returned to his luxurious jet after flying commercial to Dubai last month, giving every Ghanaian the impression that he would not be traveling in it.
According to him, the President has overlooked Ghana's severe economic situation for the third time, abandoning Ghana's US$36 million Presidential Jet in favor of his most prized Ultra-luxury toy, the LX-DIO, which now leases for US18000 an hour.
He went on to say that the President's new strategy, which he refers to as a "meet-me-there strategy," is well-thought-out in order to give the impression to Ghanaians at home that he has truly repented and is now committed to flying commercial only to catch up with his chartered aircraft in transit for the remainder of his journey.
He further stated that it is uncertain whether the President will return to Ghana on Wednesday with the LX-DIO or if he will continue to use the new deceitful approach of being seen in Ghana aboard commercial flights while concealing his lavish chartered arrangement from the curious Ghanaian public.
He continued by asking how the Presidency can enforce its recent ban on ministerial international visits, given the President's poor example of attending events at considerable expense to taxpayers that cannot be considered as priorities.
As a result, he guaranteed Ghanaians that the President's latest meet-me-there approach will be exposed and defeated. He emphasized strongly that he will continue to watch the President's movements and supply us with new information.
