Akatsi All-Star In Bad Shape Due To Unjust Officiating From Emmanuel Otoo
The Division One Young stars from the Volta Region started their displeasure in the just ended games against Nania FC at Legon Park.
An excerpt from the match shows how the team was brutally abused due to poor officiating from Emmanuel Otoo the center referee

We took an early lead from a header from Selasi Vormawor which was legit [Referee disallowed]
Selasi Vormawor scored another goal in the 35” minutes with an assist from Faisel Charwetey [Counted]
Just after the second half resumed, He awarded a penalty to Nania Fc but was Saved by goalkeeper Michael Albany.
Our goalkeeper saved a shot & grabbed it firmly, Nania player from nowhere kicked the goalkeeper’s hand plus the ball into the net [Goal accepted by referee ]
Our goalkeeper got injured in the process. Our physio who was attending to the injured goalkeeper was attacked on the field by a member of the Nania team who jumped from outside into the inner perimeter [Match was put on hold]
Our goalkeeper was substituted out due to the injury sustained
In an attempt to voice out his displeasure about the referee's corrupt behavior, Our coach Prosper Dorkenu was red-carded & sent out of the inner perimeter.
One linesman was stoned by unknown spectators as the referee and his linesmen continued their wrong calls & the injustice.
About 5 minutes to the end preceding, Nania Fc coach, who’s on suspension was seen on the touchline coaching his players.

Even Abedi's senior brother Sola Ayew who’s also an old footballer was furious and wanted to beat chairman Solomon Adotevi just because he said he was going to protest the goal scored against Akatsi All-Stars
The match ended in a 1-1 draw.
