Patrick Muima is is 25 years old University student. He is dating Theresa, she is a 85 years old land lady who happens to rent one of her rooms to him. But now he moved to her bedroom and no longer paying rent since they are now lovers. Theresa have sixty (60) boarding rooms for students, two lodges and a Supermarket that her husband left for her when he died 18 years ago. She is 85 with 8 children and 20 grandchildren. Patrick said this is his choice and his happiness. The two love birds are planning to get married in community of property. Patrick is planning a small private wedding ceremony.
