On the Accra-Tema highway, an Accra-bound military transport carrying several military personnel has turned on its side.
On Wednesday afternoon, an accident occurred on the Accra-Tema Motorway (N1) between Ajei-Kojo and Tema Abattoir.
The Ghana Police Service's Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD) is currently on the scene controlling traffic flow, according to a tweet from the police.
Road Safety Management Services Limited officers are also on the scene. "Recover and tow the rolled over bus to allow traffic to move," they must do.
Meanwhile, motorists heading to Accra have been urged to follow the orders of the officers on the site.
