On Tuesday, Manchester City beat Atletico Madrid 1-0 at the Etihad Stadium, while Liverpool thrashed Benfica 3-1.
On Wednesday, defending champions Chelsea will face Real Madrid, while Villarreal and Bayern Munich will meet in El Madrigal.
Henry made his predictions for each Champions League match alongside former Liverpool captain Jamie Carraghar and Manchester United icon Peter Schmeichel.
After losing 3-1 on aggregate against Thomas Tuchel's team in the semi-finals last year, the Frenchman is backing Los Blancos to win this year. After that, he picked City to beat Atletico Madrid and Bayern to beat Villarreal, as well as Liverpool to beat Benfica.
