10 people and others in two cars escaped from death during accident between Trotro, Taxi and a Trailer.
It was said the trailer was carrying a bags of cashew.
This accident happened in Kumasi in Ashanti Region near the Kumasi Airport while the bags of cashews fell on the cars.
Some drivers and passengers of the trailer and other cars seriously injured and has rushed to Komfo Anokye and Manhyia Hospital for treatment.
An eyewitness says, the trailer car with Registration number AE - 354 - 12 expected of failed brake. The driver saw this and decided to hit the car at the round about to save life after he tried to stop and was not stopping. Upon hitting the round about, the Trotro and the taxi driver also decided to pass quickly which they couldn't do that so the bags of cashews fell on them.
Immediately Police and Fire Service attended to them to save the passengers from death and also control the traffic at that moment.
This incident occurred today April 7th, 2022 at Airport Kofrom road and Airport Anloga junction.
