Liverpool legend Steve Nicol has urged Paris saint-germain's kylian mbappe to leave the French Ligue 1 Giants once the summer transfer window begins.
Nicole believes the atmosphere at PSG is toxic and mbappe should not stay at the club.
Mbappe's current contract with PSG will expire at the end of the season. The France world cup winner is yet to sign a new deal with PSG and has drawn the interest of real Madrid.
The 23-year old will become a free agent at the end of the season and will be free to join another club of his choice.
Speaking in an interview about mbappe, Nicole said "it just seems tough to stay somewhere where you might be the pin-up boy and everybody is hero but when the other team stepping on the food and getting booed. There is a toxic atmosphere around the place, why would you stay?
He added: "because of the situation with Neymar and Messi, would I even be able to move them on with the money they are getting. I am not sure why I would stay at PSG first there is so much misery going on, it can't be fun going in the everyday".
