When a deacon at the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) fell and died while preaching on Sunday, it caused a stir.
Francis Ogunnusi, accompanied by an interpreter, appears in a viral video warning about the rise in incidents of money-making rituals.
"The money you gain by illicit methods, killing people, drinking human blood; when death comes, it will belong to another person," Ogunnusi added before slumping.
The deacon, on the other hand, sagged as the interpreter continued to try to deliver the words in English. He was taken to the Federal Medical Centre (FMC) and proclaimed dead there.
Ogunnusi "was not the pastor of the church; he was merely an elder," according to a church member. On Sunday, though, he was the one who gave the sermon.
"He was talking about death and individuals who gain money by killing other people when he passed out." He was transported to the FMC, but he succumbed to his injuries. We have no idea what happened. "I was terrified."
Everything was disturbed after his dip, according to reports, and his audience merely shared the grace and went home.
