Sorensen is at present chief at Danish first class side Fortuna Hjorring, where he has brought home two association championships in two spells at the club.
The 41-year-old will get together with Everton in the late spring once Hjorring's season wraps up.
Chris Roberts will forge ahead with a break premise until the finish of the time.
"Everton is one of the memorable clubs in ladies' football and our experiences fit pleasantly, with normal qualities, hard working attitude and desires," Sorensen said.

The club terminated Willie Kirk in October, and Jean-Luc Vasseur was excused in February after 10 games.
Players and staff at Everton are accepted to have been told last seven day stretch of Sorensen's unavoidable arrangement.
