Allow us enviously to monitor Ghana's tranquility and security-Kan-Dapaah

 

Mr Albert Kan-Dapaah, Minister for National Security, has called for more mindfulness creation to upgrade residents' investment in protecting the harmony and steadiness of the state.

 

This, he said would extend the pertinence of defending the country's well deserved harmony and edify all on the need to monitor Ghana's tranquility and security desirously.

 

The Minister was talking at a function to send off a book named "Towards Sustainable Peace in Ghana".

 

The 19 part book with in excess of 1000 pages was assembled by the Peace and Development Study Group under the School of Peace Studies of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) in memory of the late Francis Kojo Azuimah, the principal Executive Secretary of the National Peace Council (NPC).

 

''Genuine harmony infers a shortfall of war, actual savagery, psychological warfare as well as the shortfall of underlying viciousness, minimization, imbalances, destitution, and social treachery" he said.

 

In seeking after certain harmony, Mr Kan-Dapaah said partners should support the force in upholding a shift from the utilization of arms to safeguarding the sway and regional trustworthiness of the state.

 

He noticed that Ghana could profess to be genuinely tranquil when it sought after and supported positive harmony.

 

Praising the late Francis Azuimah, the area Minister said he had an excellent existence by committing all his energy and assets toward peacebuilding.

 

He said Mr Azuimah accumulated specialists and helped the Ministry in communicating the idea of incorporating NPC into a considerable organization.

 

"My old buddy is the justification for why NPC has acquired its grounds in the nation I'm happy to convey this magnificent accolade for this honorable man of our territory" he added.

 

He complimented the Peace and Development Research Group for making its fantasy a reality, adding that the book was their commitment to the food of Ghana's tranquility and security.

 

The book was imagined as a demonstration of the life and seasons of Mr Francis Kojo Azuimah who worked enthusiastically not exclusively to pre-empt and oversee clashes yet additionally drew the consideration of policymakers to the hidden reasons for struggle.

 

Teacher Patrick Osei-Kufuor, Dr. Kaderi Noagah Bukari and Dr. Shaibu Bukari are the editors with Professor Stephen Bugu Kendie as the Chief Editor.
