Super eagles interim coach Augustine Eguavoen has named three players whose absence cost Nigeria a place In the 2022 world cup in Qatar.
Eguavoen said that his problems started when Leicester city's Wilfred ndidi got injured.
Wilfred was forced to withdraw from the two-legged play-off match after suffering a knee injury in a Europa conference League round of 16 tie at Rennes.
Explaining the ordeal let the super eagles failure to qualify for the tournament on SuperSport, the former coach pointed out that Judas replacement, Innocent Bonke was also good out after suffering an injury in Kumasi.
To further Worsen the situation,Frank Onyeka had to be changed at half-time due to injury.
This left the coach with only Oghenekaro Etebo and the word font star could only play for 60 minutes, having just recovered from a long-term injury.
