Different players have set incredible records in football history over the years, and as a result, some players have records that are unique to them. Some records have remained unbroken to this day, meaning no one has been able to reproduce or beat them.

As a result, we'll see four (4) of the greatest records in football history, and these are some of the most tough to break

Check out the four (4) records listed below, along with some information about them

1. A player who has won three World Cups. Pele, a Brazilian football (soccer) player, is often recognized as the best player in the game's history. He was arguably the most famous and possibly the highest-paid athlete in the world at that time. He was a member of the three-time World Cup-winning Brazilian national squad

He won the World Cup championship three times, in 1958, 1962, and 1970

2. In one World Cup, 13 goals were scored. Fontaine of France, who is rated fourth on the list, holds the record for the most goals scored in a single World Cup edition, with all 13 of his goals coming in the 1958 tournament.

With 11, 10, and 9 goals11, Kocsis, Muller, and Portugal's Eusebio came closest in 1954, 1970, and 1966, respectively. In 1962, six players tied for the lowest scoring top scorer with four goals each

3. A calendar year with 91 goals. Leo  Messi set a new all-time record with 91 goals in all competitions for Barcelona and the Argentina national team in the calendar year, surpassing Gert Muller of Germany and Bayern Munich, who had 85 goals in 1972. The Argentinian scored 79 goals for Barca and 12 for his country.

These records are among the most illustrious in football history, and no other player has been able to match them to date.

4.  Lewandowski scoring 5 goals in nine minutes against Wolfsburg in 2015

Apart from Pele, no other player has ever won three World Cup titles, and no other player has ever scored 91 goals in a calendar year.

Similarly, no player has ever scored five goals (or more) in nine minutes except Robert Lewandowski, and no one has ever scored thirteen goals in a single World Cup edition except Just Fontaine.
