The Egypt captain believes the Merseysiders are in excellent form and may achieve their goal of making history.

Mohamed Salah is optimistic that Liverpool will complete a historic quadruple in the 2021/22 season.

The Reds are in contention for the Premier League crown, the Uefa Champions League, and the FA Cup after winning the Carabao Cup in February.

The enormity of Ten Hag's assignment is highlighted by Man Utd's dreadful defeat against Everton.

Salah's one goal in seven games is a cause for concern for Klopp, Liverpool, and Manchester City.

Xhaka in the left-back position?!

Arteta has come under fire after Arsenal's Champions League hopes were shattered by a defeat to Brighton.

'On defense, he's a top-notch player' -

What happened to Mangala, the £42 million Man City misfit?

They will travel to the Etihad Stadium on Sunday to face Manchester City, who currently hold a one-point advantage at the top of the league.

"We wish we could do four," Salah said, according to the club's website.

"We've never attempted four before.

We're incredibly close this season, and we're in great shape.

"We've won our previous ten Premier League games, so we're in good shape, and we'll hopefully win the next one as well.

"Now that we're in this circumstance, all we have to do is enjoy it."

We can't be under pressure in this position.

All we have to do now is embrace it and go for broke."

The 29-year-old Egypt international also discussed the team's chances of finishing first in the Premier League table with a win on Sunday.

"[Manchester City] leads by a point and plays at home.

That, I believe, provides them an advantage

"We are, however, seasoned players who have been playing together for four or five years.

We know how to compete in large-scale events.

We will hopefully win the next game, but if you ask me about the advantage, they have it because they are a point ahead and playing at home.

"For us, the most important thing is not to lose the game, but if we do, the gap will widen.

"Today, the manager spoke with us and just said, 'Enjoy the moment and go for it.'"

The two sides drew 2-2 in their previous meeting at Anfield.

Salah scored and assisted Sadio Mane, while Philip Forden and Kevin De Bruyne scored for City.
