OLD AND LOVING IT
It's amusing how some people have an unhealthy obsession with getting older. They are terrified of wrinkles and the occasional extra pound.
They spend a lot of money on anti-aging creams, procedures, potions, and other products. They claim it's to make them appear younger. It's depressing.
Growing elderly should not be feared. Each new stage of our lives should be greeted with dignity. Wrinkles aren't something to feel embarrassed about. It is lovely to age gracefully.
We'll have that radiance. If we have matured in wisdom, we will have that glitter in our eyes.
We can get elderly and yet enjoy ourselves.
If we live in love and grow in our understanding of God!
Affirmation: I am grateful and glad to be where I am in life right now, and I know that the best is yet to come.
If found in the path of righteousness, gray hair is a crown of splendor. 16:31 (Proverbs)
