The Director General Of GES Reacts To New Teachers' Uniform:

I've seen these photos circulating of claimed GES professors dressed in a business uniform.
GES is not a mushroom-related organization. It is Ghana's largest government agency. More than half of all government employees work for us. If we want to introduce teacher uniforms, we won't do it over the weekend or on social media. I'm guessing it's a bunch of teachers who have settled on a uniform. It's also possible that it's photoshop. We may have to track down those in the photos to see if they are teachers, and if so, what motivates them to wear the outfit.
GES cannot create a uniform for teachers without including teacher unions in this era of unionized labor.
Issues such as who pays, the government or individuals, the fabric, and so forth would all need to be discussed.
Any national effort of this like may need to be OFFICIALLY publicized and launched.
