In a statement, the NSS stated that applicants should write to the scheme's regional offices asking their PIN code or reactivation of their PIN codes."Eligible Ghanaians who missed out on national service in past years and now want to enlist for the 2022/2023 service year must register with the Scheme... Previous candidates who began but were unable to finish the service, private applicants who are qualified and desire to apply, and Ghanaian nationals who have studied overseas are also eligible, according to a statement from the NSS.
