'Dada Awu' pallbearers give $250K to Ukrainian foundation after $1m offer of NFT image

 

The famous Ghanaian pallbearers nicknamed 'Dada Awu' have made north of 1,000,000 dollars from becoming a web sensation.

 

On April 7, the video image was printed by the Dancing Pallbearers group and sold on NFT. Appropriately, they have sold their 10-second image in one of the noteworthy Non-Fungible Token (NFT)

3F Music, home to various recording studios overall situated in the Middle East, purchased the Coffin Dance image for $1,046,079.54 (327.00ETH) as the most elevated bidder on Saturday, April 9.

 

Out of liberality, the pallbearers have declared that they will give 25% of the offer of their image to the Ukrainian Charitable Foundation to help Ukraine in the midst of its conflict against Russia since the time Putin's attack.

 

In a video seen by pulse.com.gh, Benjamin Aidoo, the head of the pallbearer's gathering said " we will jump at the chance to report that we would move 25% of the assets from the offer of our images at the NFT closeout to the Ukrainian Charitable Foundation".

 

In the video underneath, he added, "return alive to help Ukraine and its incredible individuals".

 

In 2020, the Ghanaian pallbearers circulated around the web internationally after their recordings surfaced on the web.
