According to rumors, Manchester United are close to agreeing on terms with Erik ten Hag before appointing the Ajax manager as their new manager. In the competition to succeed Ralf Rangnick at the conclusion of the season, the Dutchman has jumped ahead of Mauricio Pochettino. And this new development means that a transfer to the Premier League is now on the table.
According to reports, the Red Devils have already begun negotiations with the 52-year-old, who has spent the previous five years working in Amsterdam.
Ajax has informed Ten Hag and his team, as well as United, that any prospective trade should be completed "sooner rather than later."
