WE’LL PROSECUTE GRADUATES WHO FAIL TO UNDERTAKE NATIONAL SERVICE

Organizations that hire graduates who have not completed their one-year mandated national service will face prosecution and will be barred from hiring national service individuals in the future.

 

As a result, the National Duty Scheme (NSS) has created a window of opportunity for all individuals who have not completed their service to do so.

According to a statement published by the NSS in Accra and signed by the Executive Director, Mr Osei Assibey Antwi, people who missed the chance to conduct their duty in the past might enlist for the 2022/2023 service from now until Thursday, June 30, 2022.

 

Eligibility

Previous candidates who began but were unable to finish the service, private applicants who were qualified and intended to enroll, and graduates who studied overseas were all indicated as being eligible.

 

According to the announcement, such individuals should send their application letters to any of the scheme's regional offices or the scheme's headquarters in Accra.

 

"All applications must contain letters seeking PIN codes or PIN code reactivation, certified genuine copies of school diplomas or transcripts, evidence of deferral letters (where applicable), attestations or introduction letters from the institutions attended, and copies of the

 

"Ghana Cards and copies of students' ID cards for checks, as well as evidence of study abroad for international students," the statement stated.
