Ghana's rising star and Kwaku the Traveller Hitmaker over past few months has had issues with his former manager over a contract breach of their managerial agreement.
The artist had gone behind the management to sign a distribution deal with Empire. Though the details of the contract has not been exposed, the former management says the action by Black Sherrif is a direct breach of their contract with him.
The management have proceeded to sue Black Sherrif over the said misconduct at an Accra High Court today; April 11, 2022. The suit enforces an injunction on the artist from performing songs financed by former management or receive any benefit or stream revenues from those songs without the consent of the defunct management.
