An Italian businessman has sued former AC Milan and Inter Milan star Sulley Muntari in an Accra High Court to recover a $100,000 debt, claiming the midfielder hired him to book air tickets and hotel rooms for the midfielder, his family, and friends.Rodrigo Renato Gianno, an Italian businessman, traveled to Ghana this week to take legal action after the current Accra Hearts of Oak player evaded all attempts to get him to pay the money.The decision to travel to Ghana to file the court action at the Accra High Court follows an Italian court ruling in favor of the businessman, but Gianno claims Muntari has evaded all attempts to get him to pay the money.The latest court action by the Italian businessman is intended to obtain a ruling that, if the famous midfielder refuses to pay, he will sell Muntari's landed property in Ghana to recover his money.Gianno filed a High Court lawsuit against the former International Milan, Portsmouth and Sunderland star player on Tuesday, demanding payment of €97,320 ($100,000), which he claims the footballer has refused to pay him.
