Ghanaian musician born Andy Osei Sarfo but popularly as “Kweku flick” has given a big shoutout to the Vodaphone Ghana music awards (VGMA) for not giving him any nominations this year. The annual VGMa nominations are out and artists like the likes of Black sheriff, yaw tog, Amerado, and a whole lot had nominations, but one person that seems missing is Ghanaians can't keep cool about is “Money” and “no sleeping” hitmaker Kwaku flick. Last year he had four nominations and this year had zero.
However, in an interview with radio host Andy Dosty on Daybreakhitz on Hitz FM, the money hitmaker revealed that he thinks his works didn't reach the height vgma expected and that was why was not nominated so he has nothing to add but next year he will work hard and if he still doesn't get the nomination that's when he can comment. He added that he filed for the nomination for a hip-hop song featuring strongman and also his no sleeping song which features kuami Eugene but still didn't get the nomination, so he is cool and not disturbed and he is hoping for the best next year.
