BUSINESSMAN SUES SULLEY MUNTARI OVER €97,000; HERE'S THE REASON

Hearts of Oak midfielder Sulley Muntari has been hauled to the High Court by Italian finance manager Rodrigo Renato Gianno.

 

The finance manager claims Muntari owes him a measure of €97,320 and has would not pay notwithstanding all endeavors.

 

Myjoyonline reports that the financial specialist's assertion of case was recorded on March 21, 2022, by his attorney Kwadwo Gyasi Ntrakwah of Ntrakwah and Co.

 

In his writ, Rodrigo Renato Gianno said Muntari reached him to make a few installments for the player, his loved ones.

 

This, he expressed, occurred somewhere in the range of 2015 and 2017 and the installment was for different aircraft tickets and different lodgings for the previously mentioned.

 

Gianno claims that the previous Inter Milan and AC Milan star would not pay for the cash, demanding all checks gave by Muntari were dismissed by the banks.

 

He noticed that the 37-year-old later recognized his obligation and vowed to take care of it, yet has since not respected his vow.

 

To this end, the money manager said, he was left with no other choice than to indict the matter for review.

 

Gianno likewise expressed that he previously sued Muntari at the Court of Milan in 2019 and got judgment in support of himself yet the football actually wouldn't pay the cash.

 

He, subsequently, needs the High Court to constrain the footballer to pay the cash owed him, including revenue and general harms.

 

Muntari got back to the Ghana Premier League two months prior in the wake of joining champions Hearts of Oak on a momentary agreement.
