Will Smith has been barred from attending the Oscars and other Academy events for the next ten years after slapping comedian Chris Rock during the ceremony.
Kenny Rock, best known for his part as Nick Bromnell in the film "Vesuvius," hopes the Academy maintains its Will Smith ban.
"We'll have to wait and see if he gets the 10-year ban," Kenny Rock stated.
"They might state a 10-year ban, but after three years, they'll assume we've forgotten about it, so they'll let him back in after two, three, or five years." So we have to make sure these people follow through on their promises."
Kenny Rock and Will Smith are unlikely to meet because the former is scheduled to fight on June 11 at the Charles F. Dodge City Center.
