Happy Mark, a young woman from Calabar, the capital of Cross River State, has requested for prayers after her husband allegedly assaulted her.
On Thursday, April 14, the lady posted images from what appeared to be a hospital bed to Facebook. One of her left eyes was swollen shut in the images.
"Instead of dying before my time, they will perish before me. May the Almighty's blessings be upon me for a speedy recovery "she wrote in the caption.
She had previously posted the identical photographs to a Facebook group, writing: "Please say a prayer for me, fans. Take a look at what my spouse has done to me."
