1.You Ignore Lunchtime

5. You are too harsh on your body

This results in your body  storing more fat and crave more food. It is recommended to do at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity in a week.Your major muscle groups need to be trained twice a week.

 

6. You Go For “Zero Sugar.”

In the short term, artificial sweeteners can help reduce some calories, but in the long term, they can lead to some serious health problems.

 

Not only can they results in weight loss, but sugar substitutes are linked to diabetes and obesity. Plus, they can influence your cravings and make you want to consume more sweets.
