Tottenham should adapt without Matt Doherty for Saturday's conflict with Brighton and for the remainder of the time.
The wing-back harmed his knee against Aston Villa last week and he won't recuperate until the late spring break.
"I think the principal visit with the specialist said he can recuperate without a medical procedure," Antonio Conte said. "Seven to about two months before he recuperates. Thus, his season has wrapped up.
"This is downright awful information for us. We know very well the improvement in our group and it's a pity to lose a player like him for the remainder of the time."
Midfielder Oliver Skipp is still out harmed as well, as is Japhet Tanganga, however, Ryan Sessegnon is back accessible.
Sessegnon has been fighting with a hamstring injury yet could be essential for the crew this end of the week.
