The likes of Sancho, Rashford, Ronaldo, and Fernandes will need to step up and approach games with more seriousness and passion. The thing about the Manchester United team is there is quality, but week in and week out they play like there is no chemistry between them. The thing about Erik is he will ensure there is chemistry and passion and he will bring back the missing jigsaw in what is missing in the side. The team needs a striker who can score 25-30 goals a season. He can look at the likes of Benfica striker Darwin, or even decide to bring an unknown striker from South America. In terms of players he can get in the Premier League well, the big question is will rivals sell players. Kane is an option, a proven goal scorer in the league. He is of world-class standard. Another area Erik can look at strengthening is the midfield and defense. He can bring in an attacking midfielder as well as a defensive midfielder. He can even decide to poach some key men from the Ajax team and bring them to the premier league. With the likes of Dusan Tadic, Haller or even a player like Antony won’t be bad at all.
