Residents of Pakyi No. 1 and 2 in the Ashanti Region's Amansie West District have staged a protest to express their dissatisfaction with the state of the roads.
The burning of automobile tyres was used to obstruct the major road from Antoakrom and neighbouring communities.
The protestors began at Pakyi No. 2 and worked their way up to No. 1.
Comfort Amankwaa, a young girl, led the protests with a megaphone, passionately expressing her dissatisfaction with the government for stopping road building after the 2020 election.
