HE CAME FOR LOVE
Jesus was crucified on the cross. A guy who committed no crime was executed in the most heinous manner simply for exposing the decaying religious establishment of His day. Jesus suffered at the hands of those He was attempting to save as an example of love.
Except for his garment and sandals, Jesus had no earthly things. He didn't have a home or a place to sleep at night. He lacked a college degree, was not a learned doctor of the law, had no Rome credentials, and was not a member of any religious order at the time.
Yet, with its one basic rule of "do unto others as you would have them do unto you," His philosophy of love altered lives, made jealous adversaries, set the captives free, shook the globe, and continues to do so to this day.
There is only one name that has ever existed or will ever exist, and that name is Jesus. There is only one name that can set man free, make Satan shudder, and win the world, save all of mankind, and usher in the sole kingdom of real righteousness, equality, justice, peace, and love for all men.
Love was the reason Jesus came, lived, and died. Jesus was the pinnacle of God's love for humanity.
