Tyson Fury, the world heavyweight champion, says retirement is not on his thoughts ahead of his fight with Dillian Whyte.

On April 23rd, St George's Day, the unbeaten Fury, 33, takes on his fellow Briton, 34, in front of a sold-out Wembley Stadium.

Last month, at the press conference announcing the bout, Fury stated that he would "100%" retire following it.

On Thursday, he retracted his statement, adding, "Right now, I'm only focused about Dillian Whyte; I'm not thinking about retirement."

Fury did not mention his ties to Daniel Kinahan, who has been sanctioned by the US Treasury, during a press conference for his first UK fight since 2018.

Kinahan has worked with Fury and fellow world champion Josh Taylor, and his connections to boxing were previously unknown.
