She alleged Joyce had made disparaging remarks about some NDC officials.
The lady went on to say that Joyce had once cyberbullied her. If she dares her again, she threatens to make her life a living hell. Joyce responded to the challenge with her own video message.
People's sole charge against her, she claims, is that she is HIV positive. Joyce claims to be the only HIV sufferer in history who has survived the disease.
She went off on the offensive, claiming that if the NDC hadn't defrauded her, she would be one of the wealthiest individuals in the world right now.
Joyce went completely insane when she decided to raise a ruckus.
She stated that when she was a young member of the NDC, nearly every prominent man in the party slept with her.
