Pastor Teresiah has been betrayed by the very people she trusted as a child. Her employer's son abused her when she was 15 years old. Who repeatedly raped and abused her, forcing her to abort numerous times. This has thrown her into a never-ending cycle of drunkenness. Teresiah claims she started working as a housekeeper at the age of 15 since her mother was unable to support her and her siblings.
Her father abandoned her and her siblings when they were young, ending their education and forcing them to work at a young age. She had to aid her family and train her younger siblings; life was difficult for them because they had no one to help them.
Teresa was raped by the son of her employers, who threatened to kill her and take her life if she told anybody about what he did to her. She became pregnant, and the son denied it; she was forced to have many abortions; he would rape her and threaten to murder her if she said anything. She met a man who proposed to her and they married, but they were unable to have children together.
Teresiah claims that she wanted to open up to her husband and tell him about her background, but that after she informed him about her life, he left her. She explained to him that she had an abortion when she was young, and that as a result, she is unable to bear him children. She claims to have forgiven the son of her former boss.
Her husband chased her out of the house, ending their marriage, and she has refused to remarry because she is unable to bear children. Teresiah is now a pastor, and she is preaching the gospel.
