Steve Harvey, an American comedian, has urged Africans who are considering storming the United States of America in search of better pastures to reconsider their decision.
According to him, the romanticised picture of America depicted in films does not represent reality.
"All the young Africans want to come to America," the world-renowned comedian stated in a viral video, "but I warn them, 'Are you sure?'" 'Are you sure you want to be a part of this?' This isn't what you're thinking."
Steve Harvey offered a comparison between how police in the United States and those in African countries behave when a person is pulled over on the road to explain why America may not be the ideal location for greener pastures.
"When I'm in Ghana or South Africa, guess what I receive when I'm stopped by the cops. I receive a warning, a ticket, or a fine of $100, and I return home. He said, "They don't shoot in Africa."
