Chelsea are willing to allow club record signing Romelu Lukaku depart this summer, according to 90min, with Inter and PSG keen in the Belgian.The Blues paid a stunning £97.5 million to bring Lukaku back to Stamford Bridge in 2021 – the number nine spent three years there between 2011 and 2014 – but he has certainly not lived up to expectations, scoring just five Premier League goals this season.

Les Parisiens are looking to improve their final third alternatives this summer, and as 90min reported in February, they are also considering a blockbuster signing.Another Argentine attacker, Paulo Dybala, is expected to take his spot as the team's standout forward.
The 28-year-old is expected to leave Turin this summer after failing to reach an agreement with Juventus on a new contract. Inter are in negotiations with Dybala's representation and would like to pair him with Lukaku at San Siro next season, according to 90min.
