 Consuming bread and tea as breakfast in the morning is a healthy combination, but the truth is that, to most people, it isn’t. Information gathered from different sources has proven that consumption of bread and tea may be harmful to people who are diagnosed with certain health conditions. It is important to do proper research before eating any food to know whether it’s good for you.

1. High blood pressure.

Although adding sugar to tea is optional, most people tend to add it in order to improve the taste. White bread is classified as refined food, according to Medicalnewstoday, consuming bread may not be good for those who are diagnosed with stomach ulcer, you are advised to eat them in moderation.
