Following a horrific motor accident near the Ofankor barrier in Accra, two occupants of a vehicle are fighting for their lives in a health facility.
A father and his 13-year-old daughter were critically injured in the early hours of Saturday morning accident.
According to information shared by the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) and seen by DGN Online, they received a distress call at 2:40 a.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2022 in connection with an accident at Spot M near the Ofankor barrier.
Amasaman Station fire personnel arrived immediately to the accident call and rescued the two passengers on board a car that had been involved in an accident.
They were airlifted to Accra's 37 Military Hospital for immediate treatment.
